StrongReps – Terms of Use

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is published in accordance with Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

By accessing or using the StrongReps website (www.strongrepspt.com) and associated services (collectively, "Platform"), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform or Services.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect the following categories of information:

Personal details: Name, contact number, email address, address
Health & fitness data: Medical history, injuries, menstruation cycle, goals
Transactional data: Payment mode, history, subscription details
Device & technical data: IP address, cookies, browser info

2. USE OF INFORMATION

Your data is used for:

Creating personalized fitness and nutrition programs
Assigning appropriate trainers and managing session schedules
Providing updates, notifications, and support
Legal compliance and billing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including encrypted storage, secure payment gateways, and access limitations to protect user information. However, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and users must also exercise caution and responsibility in safeguarding their login credentials and personal data.

4. PROGRAM TERMS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

a. Program Design:
Each fitness program is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and medical history by a certified trainer to ensure safety and effectiveness.

b. Completion of Sessions:
Sessions must be completed within the plan period. Unused sessions expire unless previously agreed upon by StrongReps management.

c. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:
All purchases are final. No refund or transfer is allowed under any circumstances.

d. No Guaranteed Results:
Individual results depend on consistency and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

e. Trainer Absence:
If your trainer misses a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost.

f. Client Absence:
Sessions missed by the client are not compensated.

g. Menstruation:
Menstruation is not a medical condition. No sessions will be compensated due to periods.

h. Health-Related Exceptions:
Up to 3 sessions may be carried forward to your next plan with valid documentation.

5. ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP

Users must maintain account security. Report unauthorized use immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for policy violations.

StrongReps disclaims liability for personal agreements outside our system. Any payments made directly to trainers are unauthorized and at the clients own risk. StrongReps will not recognize or be liable for such transactions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is the property of StrongReps. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

We may revise prices, features, and terms without prior notice.

8. NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered for duplicate payments.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. Continued use signifies acceptance.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
